The story of Level Ground Solutions starts with a mild-mannered scientist. Founder, Dr. LeRoy G. Robinson, Jr., studied at universities all over the U.S. and collaborated with groups all over the world. Along the way, he was constantly aware of the isolation and exclusion scholars with minoritized identities face, the lack of cultural awareness shown by most organizations, and the benefits organizations gain from using inclusive practices. Leveraging his personal experiences, extensive work in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and education in both science and DEI, Dr. Robinson provides services to individuals and organizations. Using scientifically-rigorous, evidence-based practices, Dr. Robinson helps organizations:
